We are seeking a skilled Stamping Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Coin Press machines, including set-up adjustments to start-up sequence, feed rate, and change tooling when necessary.

- Safely Operate and setup of coin presses to produce high-quality products.
- Perform and document quality control inspections to meet customer specifications.
- Monitor and maintain press speeds to meet production goals.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the blanking and coining process to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with maintenance to perform preventive maintenance & troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the process. This will include monitoring levels and replenishment of tooling lubricants, and soaps at wash stations.
- Accurately maintain and enter daily production data into inventory software (Acumatica).
- Maintain department workstations and uphold housekeeping standards.
- Meet or exceed company quality goals to minimize scrap and ensure proper application of First In / First Out (FIFO) Inventory methods for production.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Position requires the use of PPE, including steel-toed footwear.
- Prior experience with stamping set up and press operation, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
